ABINGER STAINED GLASS | AMANDA WINFIELD
All Saints Church, Fleet
Rose Window
The church was rebuilt after a fire destroyed it in 2015. I designed and made this rose window some years later, which features at the centre The Holy Spirit as a dove. Surrounding this the sun symbolises the resurrection. The panels around represent air at the top and show geese flying, water at the bottom with fish from Fleet Pond.
The whole window has reeds and leaves throughout. Each leaf has a name of a parishioner upon it, showing the huge support that the rebuilding of this beautiful church has.
